The Business Systems team defines and builds the business IT architecture that supports the commercial operation of Waymo's autonomous fleet. The team stands at the intersection of finance, operations and IT; through creative architecture, expertise and attention to detail, it ensures that Waymo has world-class capabilities across all its business processes.

This role will be based remotely in Hyderabad, India and will report into our Manager of Application Engineering

In this role you'll:

  • Take technical ownership of Waymo’s ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms which provide enterprise service management and application development capabilities
  • Be in charge of the creation, fundamental configuration, and technical know-how of our ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms and applications
  • Lead a small team of analysts and developers to plan, design, build, operate, maintain the platform and applications and support business end users
  • Need to be an organized, self-driven person who is hands-on and can lead a team and can quickly adjust to changing priorities
  • Have a solution-focused mindset, is enthusiastic about technology, loves providing excellent customer service, and works well under pressure

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • Proven record of achievement - working through business and technical issues to deliver high quality solutions that move the business forward
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 to 10 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
  • Hands on experience developing solutions for the ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, and HRSD modules
  • ServiceNow App Engine Studio
  • Direct experience with ServiceNow systems security administration as well as ServiceNOW release and upgrade management
  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders across all levels, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and a data-driven approach

It’s preferred if you have:

  • ServiceNOW Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNOW Certified Technical Architect
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs. Experience in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, and/or other scripting languages
  • Cloud computing expertise especially using Google Cloud Platform
  • 3+ Years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development
  • Experience with Salesforce development using the Lightning platform (Apex, Lightning UI, LWC)

The expected base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.  Waymo employees are also eligible to participate in Waymo’s discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.

₹3,000,000—₹3,240,000 INR
