Operations keeps Waymo’s business rolling. We are the professionals who enable our self-driving service and bring help and guidance to our passengers and customers. The Operations team is the heart of Waymo’s testing operations and ride hailing service, handling every detail to make sure that each ride is the ultimate user experience.
Our Waymo U (training) team is seeking a Training Development Manager who will lead one of our content and training development teams. This position plays a key partnership role to Operations management and staff. This position is responsible for the overall design, development and execution of training development initiatives, focused on helping our team build the technical skills they need to work safely. You will assess and differentiate the learning approach to meet compliance and regulatory needs, and align with other internal stakeholders and industry experts to identify emerging industry trends that would be applicable to Waymo U curriculums.
