Vendor Operations Program Manager, Roadside Assistance

In this role you'll:

  • Define and launch new processes to sustainably scale our Roadside Assistance operations through vendor partners. 
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and minimize defects.
  • Manage and run world class vendor operations; be responsible for large-sized vendor teams and deliver on all SLAs with seamless vehicle support and customer/stakeholder experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful evolution and execution of vendor programs.
  • Report health of operations in required forums, providing the right level of details, and escalate as necessary.
  • Be accountable for your business’s Key Performance Indicators around growth, staffing to demand, etc.
  • Plan and execute against short-term and long-term Roadside Assistance program milestones. 

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations program management, transportation program management, logistics management, general fleet management, and/or ride-sharing fleet management
  • Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience in operations program management, transportation program management, logistics management, general fleet management, and/or ride-sharing fleet management
  • Exceptional organizational and program management skills and traits, including but not limited to planning and resource management, timeline estimation, task management and issue tracking, and status reporting
  • Excellent written and oral business communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with a variety of people and levels, including executive leadership team, peers, managers, and staff
  • Strategic skills, able to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions with high attention to details and execution
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement and implementation

It’s preferred if you have:

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills and experience in applying project management tools
  • Proven experience in risk and change management
  • Strong executive presence and ability to fluently interpret large data, present them in a meaningful and simple manner and drive data based decision making.
