Vegas, Deal Us In! We’re welcoming riders today

Millions of people travel to Las Vegas every year to gamble. Casinos, sports, races, you name it. But one thing that shouldn’t be left up to chance? Road safety. That’s why we’re excited to announce that starting today, residents and visitors alike can go all in on Waymo, now providing our first public riders in the city with fully autonomous trips.

Over 100,000 people have expressed interest in riding with us after months studying Vegas roads. We're eager to get them to iconic destinations, including Allegiant Stadium and The Venetian to provide riders a premium experience. Las Vegas will also join Denver and San Diego in being the first cities to have majority Ojai fleets, powered by the 6th-generation Waymo Driver.

People in Las Vegas can hail a ride from Boulder Junction up the iconic Strip up to Sahara Avenue, while also connecting you from the edge of Spring Valley to Winchester. We’re showing up for residents and visitors alike, ensuring you have a safe ride to casinos or your neighborhood coffee shop.

We'll steadily give access to more Waymo riders in Clark County, as we work toward opening our service to everyone.

Since our initial testing in Las Vegas, we've been validating the Waymo Driver's performance across town. Our proven safety record shows that the Waymo Driver is involved in 94% fewer serious injury or worse crashes compared to human drivers over the same distance driven. This may be the first time we open to public riders in the city, but we’ve been preparing for years to make it happen.
